Experiential learning is the process of acquiring knowledge and skills through hands-on experiences. The cycle of plan, act, reflect and repeat promotes a deeper understanding of concepts and encourages personal growth by fostering a more meaningful and holistic learning experience. Such learning stays with students for their life-time and they extrapolate this to other areas of their lives as well.
